Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Laguna for a Senior Credit and Collection Associate. The role involves managing and monitoring accounts receivable, performing credit evaluations, and ensuring timely collections. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, handling delinquent accounts, coordinating with clients for payment arrangements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate account management. The role also requires adherence to company policies and maintaining financial records for internal audits.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in credit evaluation, accounts receivable management, and collection strategies
  • Proficiency in financial report preparation, account reconciliation, and analysis
  • Experience in customer communication and negotiation for payment resolutions
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in credit and collection roles; familiarity with housing or real estate industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality
