About the role

H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.' is seeking a Premium Airline Account | Customer Service Agent (Same Day Process) to join our dynamic team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued airline customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
  2. Process same-day transactions and bookings for airline ticket changes, refunds, and other customer service needs
  3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers about airline policies, procedures, and services
  4. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and identify areas for process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or airline industry setting
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently
  4. Familiarity with airline reservation systems and procedures is highly desirable
  5. Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  6. Adaptability and resilience to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
