About the role

As a Logistic Assistant at Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp.', you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's warehousing and distribution operations in Texicon Group. This full-time position is based in Davao City Davao del Sur, where you will work closely with the logistics team to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the coordination and organisation of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock-takes
  • Provide support in the processing of orders, including picking, packing and dispatching
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers and customers to resolve any logistics-related issues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient logistics processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing role
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics best practices
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
