Job Title: Payroll Officer (Compensation & Benefits) Location: Mariveles, Bataan Job Description: We are looking for a Payroll Officer with experience in Compensation and Benefits to join our HR team in Mariveles, Bataan. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing employee compensation and benefits, and supporting HR compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Process and review employee payroll accurately and on time. Handle government contributions and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR). Manage compensation and benefits programs, including allowances, incentives, and other entitlements. Maintain and update employee records related to salary, deductions, and benefits. Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits. Knowledge of government-mandated benefits and labor law compliance. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems.
