About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telco Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC'. As a Telco CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and queries related to our telecommunications products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer calls and resolving various customer issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to our telecommunications services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
  5. Actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
  6. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management for further assistance
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively interact with customers
  2. Basic understanding of telecommunications products and services, or a willingness to learn
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software to handle customer interactions and documentation
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  6. Previous customer service or call centre experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory for those with the right attitude and aptitude
