About the role

MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Bacoor City Cavite. This full-time role offers an excellent earning potential of up to 27.5k with no final interview required. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and efficient assistance
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management
6. Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the customer service industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
4. Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
6. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
