We are a financing services company looking for a Corporate Lawyer who specializes in financing and collections. The role is responsible for providing legal support in all aspects of the company's financing operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and assisting in debt collection and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

Licensed lawyer in the Philippines (member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines).

At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the financing, banking, or lending industry.

Strong knowledge of financing regulations, corporate compliance, and collection procedures.

Excellent communication, contract drafting, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive company information with confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
