Audit Associate

The Audit Associate is responsible for assisting in the review and evaluation of the company's financial records, processes, and internal controls. The role ensures that transactions are accurate, compliant with accounting standards, and free from errors or fraud. The position also supports the preparation of audit reports and provides recommendations to improve financial systems and procedures.

• Assist in conducting financial audits of company records, accounts, and transactions.
• Examine supporting documents such as invoices, receipts, and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Review compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, variances, or unusual transactions and escalate findings to supervisors.
• Support in preparing audit working papers and documentation.
• Help draft audit reports with findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial records.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather data and clarify audit issues.
• Assist in monitoring implementation of audit recommendations.
• Participate in continuous learning on audit standards, company policies, and financial systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or related field.
• With knowledge of basic auditing procedures and accounting standards.
• Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
