Most HR Leaders- Asia 2024; Top Most HR Leaders-Philippines 2024; Top 100…Job Summary:As the Research Head, you will lead the strategic and day-to-day functions of our Research Group, aligning research efforts with the company's goals and operational priorities. You'll champion efficiency through smart data processes, develop and empower a capable research team, and ensure timely, customized studies that support key decision-making across Business and Operating Units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic and operational research initiatives.
  • Improve or develop efficient data gathering, tabulation, and reporting processes.
  • Guide and mentor team members to foster a self-sustaining research culture.
  • Coordinate and support the commissioning of external research providers.
  • Conduct and customize research that directly supports the objectives and timelines of various business units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Communications, Communications Research, Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences/Sociology, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least (insert years) years of experience in research, ideally in a real estate or related industry.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in Qualitative and Quantitative Surveys
  • Skilled in CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) and CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing)
  • Strong in economic and financial trend analysis
  • Proven ability to develop custom research frameworks
  • Experienced in engaging with LGUs, 3rd-party consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Comfortable using and monitoring news aggregators
  • Proficient in SPSS and interpreting GIS or geospatial data
  • Hands-on experience with a range of survey methods including:o

Face-to-face interviewso FGDs (Focus Group Discussions)o Telephone, email, kiosk, and online surveys
