Senior Developer/Data Analyst

This Senior Developer you will be reporting to the Director of Delivery / Project Lead and the successful applicant will have a great understanding of the construction principles related to infrastructure and buildings in design and construction or data operations, and experience in the data or digital construction industry (BIM/DE) is preferable.

The candidate will be required to closely interact with internal Digital Engineering and Digital Twin teams to understand their workflows and processes to be able to facilitate them through the help of automation and the application of innovation. Special interest in Big Data and Data Analysis is required for this position as the applicant shall know how to analyse and present the data through the use of reporting tools such as, but not limited to, PowerBi, Tableau, Sigma or other.

A Senior Developer must demonstrate a strong logical approach to problems, be self-motivated, and be eager to learn new processes and technology, and share with/educate fellow team members throughout the company.

• Supported by the Director of Delivery / Project Lead, actively seek feedback from Clients and Project teams internal and external for project delivery versus agreed scope and service expectation.
• Understand business requirements in Business Intelligence (BI) context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights;
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using various BI dashboard solutions.
• Accountable for project data, standards, deliverables and project data success and will be required to actively lead and review project-related data / dashboard delivery.
• Provide strategic input to DE Leads ensuring that all projects are using the best technology and workflows between offices to increase quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the Manila DE Team in understanding and implementing the company's data standards and best data compilation and presentation practices.

• An understanding of mathematical and statistical skills to help collect, measure, organise, and analyze data.
• Proven experience with dashboard solutions.
• Deep Knowledge of Sharepoint and Database functionality, including scripting and automation approaches to data management and data extraction
• Advanced knowledge in PowerBi (Desktop and Service).
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn and respond quickly in a changing business environment
• Assist in documenting processes, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain represent, and discuss with the team.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• A team plater and able to lead and initiate.
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
