The Senior Data Analyst is a strategic and technical leader responsible for driving analytics initiatives across the organization. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality and analytical rigor, and mentoring junior analysts. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and data teams to ensure that insights support business decisions and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

Analytics Leadership and Strategy

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact analytics projects from planning through delivery.
• Define and refine best practices for analytics development, data modeling, and data quality assurance.
• Make key decisions on tools, architecture, and workflows to support scalable analytics efforts.

Collaboration and Business Alignment

• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic business goals.
• Maintain transparency across data projects through effective communication and collaboration with the Data & AI team.

Technical Oversight and Standards

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across analytics outputs.
• Create repeatable and efficient development methodologies.
• Ensure consistency and performance of analytics platforms and tools.

Mentorship and Team Development

• Mentor analysts and support their professional growth through feedback and training.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analytics language, with a preference for Python
• Strong background in data modeling, analytics design, and statistical methodologies
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker); Tableau experience is required
• Deep understanding of analytics platforms, ETL processes, and data quality standards.
• Proven leadership experience including mentoring and project management.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
