  1. Receive all incoming deliveries and verify completeness against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery

Receipts (DRs), and supplier documents.

  1. Prepare and maintain detailed Receiving Reports for all accepted deliveries, ensuring accuracy of

quantity, description, and supplier details.

  1. Ensure that all materials received are accompanied by complete and valid supporting documents

before acceptance (e.g., PO, DR, invoice, and other supplier documents).

  1. Inspect incoming goods for quality, correct labeling, and compliance with specifications before

storing.

  1. Properly organize and store materials following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expire,

First-Out) procedures.

  1. Issue raw materials and supplies to production only upon presentation of approved requisition

forms.

  1. Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile variances with system or manual stock records.

  2. Maintain updated and accurate warehouse logs, inventory summaries, and related documentation.

  3. Ensure the warehouse area is always clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and

sanitation protocols.

  1. Monitor warehouse conditions such as temperature and humidity to preserve product quality.

  2. Coordinate with the Procurement and Finance Departments for documentation submission, stock

replenishment, and verification of supplier accounts.

  1. Support warehouse operations including loading, unloading, segregation, and dispatch activities.
