  • Responsible for filing, retrieving, maintenance and update of warehousing forms, records, stock cards and all data in computer and manual recording system.
  • Records received and issued inventory item to the stock cards.
  • Prior to delivery, the warehouseman shall ensure that the storage area is prepared and provided for the classification of the item to be delivered.
  • Receives, check correctness, move and store delivered/incoming goods (tools, materials and equipment).
  • Handles storage of materials delivered at the project site.
  • Ensures that the stock inventory is properly labeled or marked visibly indicating the complete description and specifications of the items.
  • Maintains the condition of portable tools at functioning level. Report materials, tools or equipment for any damage or repair.
  • Responsible for the regular inventory of materials, tools and equipment.
  • Prepares materials inventory report, daily issuance report and daily material arrival report.
  • Follow-ups from borrowers unreturned / borrowed tools, materials or equipment.
  • Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of stockroom.
  • Performs other related work as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
