About the role

Become a Branch Service Associate at City Savings Bank and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in our Nasugbu, Batangas branch. As a full-time team member, you will be the face of our bank, delivering personalised financial solutions and building lasting relationships with the local community.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in clients, responding to their inquiries and needs with efficiency and empathy
  2. Process a range of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and funds transfers
  3. Assist clients with account openings, product applications, and other financial services
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions
  5. Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets
  6. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail banking role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Proficiency in handling cash and financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy
  4. Familiarity with banking products and services, as well as relevant financial regulations
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
