Job Description:

  • Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers by executing daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to achieve assigned quotas.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly while managing inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
  • Track daily sales performance against assigned targets and report variances to the supervisor.
  • Submit sales reports summarizing orders, collections, and customer activities while providing accurate data on customer requirements, competitor actions, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners while providing after-sales support by addressing concerns, complaints, and product issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure proper documentation of transactions and agreements, and escalate unresolved issues to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to identify and respond effectively to client needs.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
