Are you a seasoned leader who can drive service excellence across project management, technical operations, and sales? Our partnered client is looking for a Service Delivery Head who can oversee end-to-end service delivery for government clients while empowering teams and supporting business growth.

What You'll Lead & Oversee:

• Project Management Unit (PMU)

• Technical Implementation & Support (12–13 members + 3 team leads)

• Pre-Sales collaboration and sales support

• Government projects powered by AWS Cloud

• Client needs assessment, solutioning, and upsell support

• Process improvement, KPI tracking & SLA compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in service delivery or similar roles

• Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and cybersecurity

• Ability to build strong client relationships—especially with traditional government stakeholders

• A proactive leader who ensures smooth workflows, high-quality outputs, and continuous improvement
