Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic AI Video Content & Social Media Manager to help bring real estate agents' brands to life through innovative video content. In this role, you will work directly with real estate and mortgage professionals to create AI-generated avatar videos for social media using tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Teams, and other content creation platforms. You will script, edit, manage revisions, and schedule social media posts across all major channels.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with agents to script engaging, branded video content using ChatGPT.

 Create agent avatar videos using AI video platforms and voice/likeness tools.

 Guide agents through content approval, collecting feedback and making revisions.

 Manage end-to-end video production, including editing and polishing content for platform optimization.

 Schedule and publish video content using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

 Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.

 Monitor video engagement and analytics, refining strategies as needed.

 Stay current on social media trends, video marketing strategies, and AI tools to bring

innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience with ChatGPT and Microsoft Teams, particularly for collaborative and creative workflows.

 Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their content formats.

 Experience in script writing, video editing, and AI-based content creation.

 Proficient in video editing tools such as Descript, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.

 Knowledge of avatar creation tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, etc.) is a plus.

 Highly creative with an eye for storytelling and visual engagement.

 Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with multiple agents/teams.

 Background in marketing, communications, media, or related field.

 Experience in the real estate or mortgage industries.

 Familiarity with real estate branding and agent marketing best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php452.00 per hour
