We seek to hire a Graphic Designer who combines (1) a holistic creative perspective honed by study, research, passion and experience with technical proficiency and (2) the ability to grasp and communicate the way forward for the project teams they will be part of. Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (and its affiliate tools and alternatives), Microsoft Office 365 and other Cloud-based creative production technologies are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and events.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (e.g., PowerPoint, Word) and experience in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows and related tasks.
  • Video editing experience (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • Website interface design experience is a plus but not required (e.g., Squarespace)
  • Background with events is a plus.
  • Experience in branding; strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, content, trade, events and technology).
  • Compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and creativity

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging marketing materials (brochures, social media graphics, presentations, etc.)
  • Oversee the visual direction and execution of various projects, including branding, advertising, web design, and video editing
  • Occasionally create motion graphics and animations for social media, web, and video content.
  • Contribute to concept development, storyboarding, and visual storytelling.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with the client's vision and brand standards.
  • Provide creative insights to support marketing campaigns and activations
  • Translate brand strategy into concept and creative materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends, techniques for asset creation, and best practices.

Other details:

  • Monthly Compensation will base on experience and qualifications.
  • Working hours are from Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • Work from Home (but may be requested to do on-site at client's location if requested, Metro Manila)
