About the role

At PRO LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS PHIL. INC.', we are seeking a driven and experienced Operation Excellence Manager to join our team. This full-time role is based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila and will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence across our organization. As the Operation Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to optimize our logistics processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Analysing current operations and identifying areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational initiatives
  • Providing regular reporting and recommendations to senior management
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization
  • Mentoring and developing the operational team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management or process improvement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address root causes
  • Proficiency in project management and the implementation of lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Operations Management or Business Administration
