SENIOR HAIRSTYLIST:

The Senior Hairstylist is a seasoned professional responsible for delivering expert hair services, mentoring junior staff, and supporting the salon's overall success. With extensive knowledge of advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques, the Senior Hairstylist provides high-quality services, maintains strong client relationships, and stays ahead of beauty industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced hair services including precision cuts, creative coloring, corrective color, and styling for all hair types and textures.
  • Consult with clients to assess their needs and deliver customized hair solutions.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee junior hairstylists and assistants.
  • Lead by example in maintaining exceptional hygiene, safety, and professional standards.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and personalized care.
  • Stay up to date with current trends, tools, and techniques in hairstyling and color services.
  • Recommend and upsell hair care products, treatments, and services to enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with salon management to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing salon operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer relations.
  • Handle escalated client concerns or service corrections with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • 18 to 35 years old
  • With pleasing personality
  • At least 6 months of proven expertise in advanced hair cutting, coloring and styling techniques.
  • Expertise in makeup application is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a passion for client care.
