About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a Contractual Trainer (Intern) - Retail Account to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a contractual role where you will be responsible for training new hires on customer service skills and processes to support our retail clients.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver engaging and interactive training programs to new hires, covering customer service best practices, call handling techniques, and relevant systems and processes
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to help them develop the necessary skills
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training materials and methods
- Monitor trainee progress and identify areas for additional support or coaching
- Maintain training records and provide regular updates to the management team
- Develop training curriculum/materials, selecting appropriate delivery mechanisms, delivering training, and monitoring training effectiveness for the general workforce and for targeted discipline/technical areas
What we're looking for
- Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of call center operations and customer service best practices
- Passion for training and developing others
- Bachelor's degree in any field, Vocational and Associate Graduate
