About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Contractual Trainer (Intern) - Retail Account to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a contractual role where you will be responsible for training new hires on customer service skills and processes to support our retail clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver engaging and interactive training programs to new hires, covering customer service best practices, call handling techniques, and relevant systems and processes
  2. Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to help them develop the necessary skills
  3. Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training materials and methods
  4. Monitor trainee progress and identify areas for additional support or coaching
  5. Maintain training records and provide regular updates to the management team
  6. Develop training curriculum/materials, selecting appropriate delivery mechanisms, delivering training, and monitoring training effectiveness for the general workforce and for targeted discipline/technical areas

What we're looking for

  1. Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of customer service experience
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Knowledge of call center operations and customer service best practices
  6. Passion for training and developing others
  7. Bachelor's degree in any field, Vocational and Associate Graduate
