We are urgently hiring a Senior Programmer and Developer to oversee development projects and guide junior developers while actively contributing to hands-on coding. The ideal candidate has strong front-end and back-end expertise with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise developers in day-to-day programming tasks and project execution.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications.
  • Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable code.
  • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project timelines.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
  • Document system workflows, features, and technical processes.
  • Recommend new tools, frameworks, and improvements for development efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development and/or programming (front-end + back-end).
  • Familiarity with frameworks and languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Java, SQL/NoSQL, React, , Laravel, etc.
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring developers is an advantage.
