Social Media Management:

  • Manage multiple business social media accounts.
  • Create and schedule posts three times per week for each account.
  • Respond to messages and basic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure content aligns with each brand's tone and audience.

EDM and Email Marketing:

  • Create and send weekly EDMs for one brand.
  • Create and send monthly EDMs for other assigned brands.
  • Maintain email lists and coordinate content around events and promotions.

Events and Listings:

  • Post events on relevant third-party events and listing websites.
  • Ensure event details are accurate, current, and consistent across platforms.

Website Updates:

  • Update websites with new events and content.
  • Remove outdated events and information.
  • Work across Squarespace and Webflow platforms.

General Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather event details, promotions, and updates.
  • Maintain basic content calendars and timelines.
  • Ensure consistency across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience using EDM platforms.
  • Experience promoting events or hospitality venues is a plus.
  • Background in hospitality or tourism.
  • Working knowledge of Squarespace and Webflow platforms.
  • Basic design skills using tools such as Canva is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Highly organised and able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
