Arbcentrix is seeking a Senior Accounting Process Consultant to design and document the operational framework for its new Accounting Vertical serving U.S.-based clients. This role will focus on creating scalable accounting processes, system integrations, and documentation aligned with U.S. GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the accounting department structure, including roles, KPIs, and process documentation.
  • Develop SOPs and workflows for AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting.
  • Establish internal controls and review templates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Recommend system setup and integration for tools such as QuickBooks Online, , Expensify, and Gusto.
  • Prepare a comprehensive whitepaper detailing the accounting process framework, scalability roadmap, and best practices.
  • Create training materials and onboarding guides for future accounting hires.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (Philippines).
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting operations, audit, or finance process design.
  • Strong background working with U.S.-based clients or shared service environments.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero.
  • Excellent documentation and workflow design skills.
  • Proven experience authoring or contributing to whitepapers, manuals, or process documentation.

Engagement Details:

  • Duration: 8–12 weeks (extendable)
  • Hours: 20–30 per week
  • Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
