What You'll Be DoingAs the Senior Shopify Specialist, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Shopify management process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-performing online store. Your expertise will directly influence product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.

  • Manage Shopify backend operations, including advanced bulk product uploads, SKU setup, barcoding, pricing, and attributes
  • Oversee and maintain accurate product & inventory data across Shopify and integrated systems
  • Update and optimize website content, homepage banners, and collection pages
  • Write and refine SEO-optimized product and collection descriptions
  • Prepare the site for new product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
  • Manage ecommerce tools such as SearchSpring (site search & merchandising) and Yotpo (reviews & UGC)
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure flawless functionality, accuracy, and UX performance

  • Perform competitor and trend research to inform strategy and drive improvements

  • Coordinate ecommerce marketing activities, including email campaigns, Google Ads, and product tagging

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores at an advanced level
  • Strong mastery of Shopify backend functionality, theme customization, and app integrations
  • Skilled in Matrixify, SearchSpring, and Yotpo
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, bulk data handling, and analysis
  • Track record of working with international ecommerce or retail brands
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in boutique fashion, home goods, or sustainable retail
  • SEO writing or digital marketing coordination experience
  • Familiarity with Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar tools
