We're expanding our online presence and looking for an E-Commerce Associate to support our growth across Lazada, Shopee, and beyond.


Job Summary

As our E-Commerce Associate, you'll play a key role in running and optimizing our online stores. You'll help manage campaigns, upload promotions, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to grow in the e-commerce and FMCG space.


Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Promotions

  • Assist in the execution of store-initiated and platform-led campaigns (e.g., Double Digit, Payday, Brand Mega Sales)
  • Upload and manage promo mechanics, vouchers, flexicombo, and bundles
  • Coordinate and upload artworks and banners for store updates
  • Manage and update store visuals and content
  • Assist in maintaining membership programs on Shopee and LazMall

Marketing Support

  • Maintain the marketing calendar (thematic, promo, and seasonal campaigns)
  • Coordinate cross-brand partnerships and x-deals (e.g., Masflex bundles)
  • Upload and monitor Meta Ads and Lazada Sponsored Discovery Ads
  • Track and request artwork assets with internal creatives

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate weekly sales and campaign performance reports
  • Maintain and update promo trackers and ad performance metrics
  • Monitor conversion rates, traffic, and sales across platforms
  • Support sell-through and restocking evaluations

Customer Coordination

  • Tag and endorse customer concerns to appropriate teams (returns, complaints, chat)
  • Support customer service during major campaigns (A+, Payday, Double Digit)
  • Help ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment monitoring

Cross-Functional Support

  • Liaise with external platform contacts, logistics, and partner brands
  • Assist in training new assistants or interns
  • Participate in process documentation and improvement
  • Support performance marketing initiatives for both Shopee and Lazada

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course
  • Minimum of  2  year experience in e-commerce (experience with Lazada/Shopee is a must)
  • Proficient in Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, Meta Ads Manager
  • Excellent in Google Sheets/Excel, with attention to detail
  • Organized, adaptable, and responsive
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge in FMCG or coffee-related products is an advantage
