The HR Supervisor - Transformation is responsible for leading and managing HR

transformation initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role

focuses on enhancing HR processes, improving employee engagement, and fostering

a culture of continuous improvement through innovative HR practices.

Key areas of responsibility include Training and Development, Performance

Management, and Organizational Development. The HR Supervisor will drive

initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, improve performance metrics, and

cultivate a learning environment, ensuring the organization adapts effectively to

changing needs and continues to thrive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field; a master's degree is a plus; and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a transformational or change management role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and change management principles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to change.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
