About the role

Corporate Visions Inc' is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional chat and email support to our valued customers. This full-time role based in Rizal, Calabarzon offers competitive pay and incentives of up to 35k. As part of our customer service team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
  • Collaborate with the broader customer service team to share best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
