We're expanding our IT Service Desk and looking for two (2) technically skilled, service-oriented professionals to support our internal teams. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As an IT Specialist I, you'll provide technical assistance and end-user support through our internal ticketing system. You'll troubleshoot a wide range of applications and systems, ensuring our virtual assistants and internal employees receive timely, professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets with clarity and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot diverse tools and systems, including VoIP platforms (e.g., 8x8)
  • Support internal users across departments, including remote VAs
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Desk team to maintain consistent support standards

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of technical support experience; MSP or BPO background preferred
  • Broad technical knowledge and adaptability across systems and applications
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and high integrity
  • Experience in high-volume support environments is a plus
