We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Security & Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the company's security, compliance, and legal processes by managing documentation, responding to security-related inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams—particularly sales and legal—on customer agreements and compliance materials.

You'll be instrumental in maintaining trust with customers and partners by ensuring our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with global compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

IT & Security Compliance

  • Complete and manage responses to customer IT security questionnaires
  • Maintain and update internal documentation related to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR
  • Assist with external audits, certifications, and compliance renewals
  • Coordinate with internal security and IT teams to gather accurate technical responses

Documentation & Contract Support

  • Maintain and update templates for Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Order Forms, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and other legal/commercial documents
  • Support the redlining and review process for customer contract changes in collaboration with the legal team
  • Track changes to contract terms and ensure consistency across documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales, Legal, Security, and Customer Success teams to support enterprise deals and compliance requests
  • Help accelerate sales cycles by providing timely documentation and support during procurement/legal review stages

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT compliance, legal documentation, or security-related roles—preferably in a SaaS or software company
  • Strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and basic data privacy principles
  • Experience handling or supporting responses to security questionnaires or vendor assessments in Software Industry

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with an ability to interpret and edit legal/compliance documents
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and version control
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate across departments
  • Basic understanding of contract terms, especially in software/SaaS contexts

Tools (Preferred but not required)

  • Familiarity with tools like Sprinto or Vanta, Drata, TrustArc, or similar compliance platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Word with Track Changes), and basic PDF tools
  • CRM or contract management tools (e.g., HubSpot, PandaDoc) are a plus
