Manage invoices, payments, and collections to ensure timely processing and maintain healthy cash flow.

Regularly compare and reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify discrepancies.

Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Compute taxes and prepare and file tax returns for various government agencies like the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

Stay updated on and ensure the company's adherence to local and national accounting policies and regulations.

Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews.

Assist in managing budgets and analyzing expense reports to control costs.

Analyze financial transactions and data to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.

Identify areas for improvement within financial processes and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
