Job Description

OceanaGold Philippines is looking for someone with sharp analytical skills, a passion for precision, and the ambition to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you're ready to elevate your career and contribute to something meaningful, we'd love to meet you. Said position will be for a Fixed 1 Year Maternity Leave Contract.

The role will report to the Senior Financial Accountant

FINANCIAL REPORTING

  • Preparing month end reports and schedules
  • Balance sheet accounts reconciliations (banks accounts, intercompany).
  • Prepares and submit Group Audit schedules.
  • Review Exploration records and expenses.
  • Maintain and manage the books of accounts.
  • Accurately record company transactions.
  • Manage record keeping of virtual library and original documents.
Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

Work Experience and Background:

  • With 3 years' experience handling the same position.
  • Proven experience on handling reports 
  • Adopt in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) 
  • Organized and have strong results-orientation. 
  • Good oral and written communication skills 
  • Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies 
  • Work efficiency as a part of a team and independently. 
  • Work under pressure and commit to meeting deadlines
