About the role

City Savings Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Head to lead the operations of our Tacloban branch. As the Branch Operations Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day banking operations and ensuring efficient service delivery to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Tacloban City, Leyte.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee all branch operations, including cash handling, customer service, account management, and compliance
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  3. Monitor branch performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  4. Supervise and mentor a team of branch staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional service
  5. Ensure adherence to banking regulations, policies, and procedures
  6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer needs
  7. Represent the branch and participate in community engagement activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking industry, preferably in a retail banking environment
  2. Strong understanding of banking operations, including cash handling, customer service, and compliance
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  4. Proficient in financial analysis and problem-solving
  5. Knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices
  6. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
