The role shall assist the Regional Area Head and execute the following:

  • Produce & present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the Area Head.
  • Identify & recommend opportunities that will result in long-term growth and revenue from customers, markets, and relationships.
  • Deliver customer experience excellence.
  • Planning, Organizing, and maintaining control of all sales activities
  • Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices for branches and perform various training sessions for same & coordinate with sales agents to maintain all activity.
  • Perform scheduled performance appraisals for sales agents every quarter.
  • Manage branch recruitments, objective setting, coaching & performance monitoring of Sales Agents.
  • Train and coach Branch Sales Agents on daily responsibilities, brand promotion, and customer service activities.
  • Motivate the sales team by recognizing them for a job well done, assigning challenging tasks from time to time that fit their skills & interests, & involving them in operational decision-making.

Minimum Requirement/s

  • Graduate of college degree
  • Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in the FMCG or Microfinance industry.
  • Proven record in sales and reaching targets.
  • Preferably have exposure / experience in training & development
  • With valid driver's license and driving skills (manual & automatic transmission)
  • Knowledge of sales & distribution systems
  • Willing to do sales activities on field
  • Knowledgeable in the territory of assignment
