Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure 24/7 power plant operations by implementing plant safety procedures and operational programs.
  • Supervision of operations personnel to ensure the plant's operational sustainability, efficiency, and system improvements.
  • Monitor, maintain, and safeguard inventory of company assets such as facilities, fuel, tools, equipment, materials, etc.
  • Prepare monthly power billing, inventory reports, and regulatory and other operations-based report submittals.
  • Gathering, analysis, and profiling of power generation and power quality parameters.
  • Conduct, evaluate, and trigger corrective actions when technical problems arise.
  • Conduct and supervise maintenance activity for the whole power plant equipment and facility.
  • Other duties and/or responsibilities include but are not limited to plant operation and maintenance, manpower supervision and management, proper handling of equipment, times, goods, and documents, and other essential related duties that may be assigned from time to time necessary to maintain the day to day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
  • With great analytical and decision-making ability, leadership, and people skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in rural or remote areas and flexible to work in shifting schedules
  • With work experience in the power generation industry, Open for Fresh Graduates/Newly Board Passers.
  • Can work under pressure with minimum supervision and willing to extend working hours as needed.
  • With design software proficiency such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in detailed engineering design.
  • Meals and Accommodation are covered by the company.
  • Willing to be assigned to Polillo Island, Quezon Province.
