Your Role

The
Legal Recovery Team staff
is responsible for performing collection, field activities and repossession within or outside litigation on assigned Auto Accounts to achieve the desired delinquency and NPL level through the prescribed leakage, pushback, and collection rates.

How can you contribute

• Review of records of Past Transaction/ Negotiations
• Advise client to pay now or obtain Promise to Pay
• Advised borrowers with failed/no PTPs to voluntarily surrender the unit
• Management of assigned accounts through prioritization or consideration of the following criteria: Due dates, Outstanding Balance, Months in Book, Mode of Payment, Collection Service Area and Default/Payment History
• Endorses accounts for filing of legal action such as replevin, BP22, sum of money, collection case, criminal and other complaints
• Files complaints for replevin, BP22, sum of money, collection case, criminal and other complaints covering endorsed accounts
• Prepares the following documents such as Voluntary Surrender with Deed of Final Conveyance, Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR), Disbursement Vouchers (DVs) for Cash Advances, Statement of Accounts (SOA) and Photocopies of ORCR and borrowers ID's.
• Conduct field visits and collection and repossession by personal visit to the residence/business addresses and whereabouts of the borrowers.
• Field visits, address checking and interviews to gather leads on the whereabouts of the client
• Seeks assistance from PNP and Barangay Official/Staff; and 3) Assists and provides logistics needs for implementation of Replevin
• Recommends pull out of endorsed accounts with internal negotiations

Your Profile

• With at least 1 year of relevant experience in Collection and Repossession
• Results-oriented and with in-depth customer handling ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Has good oral & written communication skills
• Knows how to drive vehicle (motorcycle, car, truck etc.); Preferably with resilient personality
