
Rewards Analyst

The Reward Analyst plays a key role in supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the company's global reward strategies. This role requires strong analytical and Excel skills, experience working with HR systems, and the ability to deliver high-quality insights and reporting to support statutory, internal, and strategic requirements.
Responsibilities
Reward Operations & Process Support
- Design, produce, maintain, and update advanced Excel spreadsheets to support global reward processes (e.g. annual salary review, bonus planning).
- Support the management of the annual reward calendar and coordinate inputs and deliverables across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare analytics and data for regulatory filings, such as the Director Remuneration Report (DRR).
- Ad hoc Reward data reconciliation as required.
Statutory and Internal Pay Reporting
- Deliver accurate and timely Gender Pay Gap reporting and other external statutory reporting.
- Produce internal analytics on Ethnicity Pay, pay equity, and other inclusion-related metrics.
- Ensure data readiness for audits and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.
Benchmarking & Market Intelligence
- Prepare and submit compensation data to our external data provider, and other market surveys.
- Analyse results and provide insights on market positioning, pay competitiveness, and trends.
- Support job evaluation and internal benchmarking aligned to the company's job architecture / grading structure.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, clean, and analyse HR data and work collaboratively with Group HR Systems to improve reporting.
- Build dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI, Excel) to support decision-making and track reward KPIs.
- Model compensation scenarios (e.g. budget impact of pay increases or structure changes).
Variable Pay & Incentive Programs
- Assist with the calculation and validation of annual bonuses, sales incentives, and retention schemes.
- Support the administration and tracking of Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs) and non-cash recognition programs.
Reward Systems & Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency in reward operations.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, data sources, and calculations to support governance and scalability.
Projects
- Operational support and analytics with ad hoc Reward projects
Required Skills
- 3+ years in a Compensation, Reward, or HR Analyst role.
- Advanced excel skills (LOOKUPs, Power Query, VBA etc).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies.
- Familiarity with job evaluation systems and grading frameworks.
- Exposure to international reward or mobility programs.
