QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. More than two years of experience in fiber cable OSP construction or FTTx project construction execution management.

  2. Having a PMP certificate is preferred.

  3. Experience in copper cable construction or copper cable dismantling projects is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the project director in overall project execution;

  2. Participate in the preparation of the overall project delivery plan and the formulation of standards for site survey, construction, acceptance, etc;

  3. Responsible for reporting and communicating with the head of the customer execution department;

  4. Assist the project manager in completing overall construction arrangements and resource scheduling, and ensure the rational allocation and supply of people, materials, and machinery;

  5. Responsible for supervising the overall construction progress of the project and ensuring the completion of the planned schedule;

  6. Responsible for organizing and analyzing overall project progress, cost expenditures, and other data, forming project performance reports, and regularly summarizing them to the project manager;

  7. Participate in the bidding work for project subcontracting and local tool suppliers, etc;

  8. Internal acceptance and customer acceptance of organizational engineering;
