In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for developing new business and nurturing existing relationships within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a passionate "foodie" with a hunter mentality, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the culinary and food service landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Actively prospect, cold call, and secure new accounts including independent restaurants, regional chains, hotels, and institutional facilities.
  • Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our product line, effectively communicating features, benefits, and applications to chefs and food service buyers.
  • Menu & Solution Selling: Work collaboratively with clients to understand their menu challenges and propose innovative product solutions that add value to their operations.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
