About the role

As a Call Center Agent - Airline Account at CPI Management Services, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our airline clients and their passengers. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be the voice of the company, resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally. This is a full-time position based in Antipolo City, Rizal.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from airline customers and passengers in a courteous and helpful manner
  2. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way
  3. Providing accurate information about flight schedules, booking policies, and other airline services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Escalating complex issues to team leads or supervisors as needed
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathise with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and office software
  5. Fluency in English and the local language
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
