  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer and typing proficiency
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not required
