E-Commerce Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating product listings across all online platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and images.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain product availability.
• Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the company's e-commerce policies, branding standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, marketing, and IT to optimize the online store performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) and MS Office applications.
• Strong understanding of online retail processes and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
