Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, organization, and end-to-end execution of event and project initiatives—from concept design and scheduling to full delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time project completion
  • Develop and manage event/project timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
  • Oversee inventory management for artworks, merchandise, and materials, ensuring accurate tracking, timely procurement, and proper storage/return of unused items
  • Supervise procurement and logistics requirements, including transportation, equipment, and venue setup
  • Track shipments, monitor stock levels, and resolve logistical challenges before and during events
  • Ensure on-site coordination across all stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and event-specific requirements
  • Prepare and submit progress, incident, and post-event reports, with recommendations for process improvements
  • Review and optimize project workflows to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in event and project management, preferably with significant inventory and logistics oversight
  • Strong leadership, professional communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Proficient in project monitoring, tracking, and reporting
  • Knowledge of permits, documentation, and safety requirements for project sites
  • Skilled at cascading project requirements and detailed breakdowns to relevant stakeholders for timely execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
