Role Overview

  • We're looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Developer & Support Specialist to join our Global Enterprise Applications team. This role plays a key part in enhancing and maintaining our global ERP landscape, ensuring reliable system performance and continuous improvement across multiple regions (ANZ, NAM, EU).
  • You'll collaborate with business architects, portfolio managers, and solution leads to deliver scalable solutions and robust system support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Full-time, WFH within the Philippines, mid-shift/US-overlap schedule, 13th-month pay, HMO (employee) and company-provided WFH equipment.
  • ₱100,000 – ₱150,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain customizations and integrations within D365 Finance & Operations (including EDI, Docentric, and Vertex).
  • Support and troubleshoot ERP issues such as order syncing, tax calculations, report rendering, and user access.
  • Manage sandbox and UAT environments, conduct regression testing for version upgrades, and coordinate QA across regions.
  • Configure and oversee security roles, duties, and Just-In-Time (JIT) access for development environments.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders (Fusion5, business analysts, integration teams) to align development, deployment, and support activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, issue logs, and deployment trackers to ensure transparency and system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (development and support).
  • Deep understanding of ERP architecture, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Proven experience with Docentric, Vertex, and EDI implementations.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Power Automate, and environment management (sandbox/UAT).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a global enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of regional compliance requirements (e.g., ABN for ANZ, tax ID formats for NAM).
  • Familiarity with Boomi integration or CRFS automation workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Experience in the nutraceutical or related industries is a plus.
