About the Role

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance clean, conversion-friendly design with bold, witty, and brand-aligned visuals. You'll work across digital and print assets, including product packaging, website graphics, social media content, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with a good sense of humor, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets for digital campaigns, including website banners, email graphics, and paid social ads
• Create and update packaging designs for physical products
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to develop cohesive visual concepts
• Produce graphics and templates for social media, product launches, and promotions
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity in line with brand guidelines
• Assist in occasional photo editing, mockup creation, and layout design for print or web
• Manage multiple design projects with shifting priorities and deadlines

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (consumer product or DTC brand experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with lifestyle brands or e-commerce design
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools
• Basic understanding of web design or UX principles
• Photography or video editing experience
• A witty or playful design sensibility that matches a fun, irreverent brand tone
