This position reports into our awesome Senior Graphic Designer, and will work with account managers across the ANZ region

Responsibilities:

  • Create graphic design details for all products which have visual printing requirements and maintain control of these documents for product life.
  • Develop detailed product graphic design artwork including logos and other specific customer requirements on Corel draw in consultation with the account managers and the clients.
  • Maintain an electronic document register for all graphic design masters and maintain control of these documents for product life.
  • Maintain a process for the establishment and control of design colour requirements for all screen printed and sublimated products
  • Update product design artwork when changes occurs due to client request, product design or manufacturing efficiency opportunities
  • In the case of In-House sublimated products arrange for the manufacture of a 10% sublimated sample on fabric as required and maintain these master samples for product life.
  • In the case of out-sourced sublimated products send design details on PDF to the subcontractor and upon return of their design document, check accuracy, approve, return to contractor and retain detail on file for product life
  • In the case of screen printed products produce separated colour transparencies for use in the manufacture of screens for these products.
  • Provide the in house sublimation print room with all required print design details to enable the manufacture of printed papers for individual job orders
  • In conjunction with the markup area develop digitized patterns which fully consider the graphic design details and the product size requirements
  • Accurate and approved product design documents which will ensure the manufacture of high quality products
  • Controlled register for all graphic design documentation

Qualifications:

  • A willingness to learn, passionate & great work ethic
  • Corel Draw - Medium-Advanced Experience
  • Illustrator - Medium-Advanced Experience
  • Photoshop - Medium-Advanced Experience
  • Microsoft Office - Medium Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent degree/diploma preferable but not essential
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet Connection: Must be 25 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi or wimax.
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
  • Headsets: The Contractor must have noise cancelling headsets, preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Webcam - for meeting purposes
  • Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
