Project Maintenance Analyst (Day Shift)

Role Overview:

The Project Maintenance Analyst supports consultants by ensuring accurate project setup and maintenance across multiple regions. This role is critical to downstream processes, enabling correct time charging, accurate client billing, and proper revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate terms and conditions for standard contracts.
  • Set up, update, and maintain system project codes.
  • Create and manage customer records in the system.
  • Support consultants in accurate time charging to projects.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with project accounting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Commissions Analyst (Mid Shift)

Role Overview:

The Commissions Analyst oversees AR processing and commission application for multiple regions, handling complex receivables transactions. The role ensures data integrity, reconciliations, and proper commission allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle AR processing and commission applications across regions.
  • Follow up on unreconciled balances and perform reconciliations.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks for Cash Application and commission processes.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the end-to-end cash application and commission processes.
  • Support financial reporting and process improvements.
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members, and act as OIC during BCP in the absence of the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, particularly cash applications and commissions.
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes and professional services industry experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and non-routine tasks.
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Cash Applications Analyst (Day Shift)

Role Overview:

The Cash Applications Analyst is responsible for overseeing AR processing and cash application for multiple regions. The role includes processing complex receivables transactions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process AR transactions and ensure accurate cash applications.
  • Follow up with onshore colleagues regarding unreconciled balances.
  • Perform QA tasks and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Act as subject matter expert on cash application processes and deviations.
  • Support financial reporting and contribute to process efficiencies.
  • Act as OIC during BCP in the absence of the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, cash applications, and commissions.
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and ability to resolve exceptions.
  • Skilled in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
