  • The QA Manager will oversee the establishment of new product lines in the Philippines and manage the existing product lines.
  • The QA Manager will report to the Sr. QA Manager the status of quality of each product lines from Incoming Inspection, Process Quality, Customer Quality as well as Continuous Improvement efforts to contribute to company's goal on KPI, business expansion, cost-efficiency and providing world-class quality products to end customer.
  • The QA Manager will also support initiatives of the company to meet requirements on ISO requirements and must support the Internal Audit Program of the company.
  • College graduate preferably in the field Optics. Other fields such as BS Engineering in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical are also welcome to apply.
  • Atleast 10 years of experience working as Quality Manager who have handled at least 5 direct reports.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a Manufacturing set-up specifically export of semi-conductor products, laser optical devices and related products.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage a team
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
  • Assertive, adaptive to fast-paced environment and can multi-task
  • Very good oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Possess strong analytical and statistical analysis and using tools such as SPC, DMAIC
  • Expert knowledge in using different tools and technique necessary for analysis and decision making
  • Vast experience in using 7QC Tools, SPC, DMAIC, Control Plan, FMEA, Audits, COPQ/COQ, 8D
  • Experience in using different systems such as Oracle, SAP, MES, JMP, Minitab
