About the Role

The Stock In Charge assigned to the drugstore plays a crucial role in managing the incoming stock, ensuring accuracy in deliveries, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing display of products. This role involves coordination with suppliers, proper storage of received items, and collaboration with the merchandising team for effective product presentation.

Job Level Required:

·       Senior High School Graduate or at least 2 years in College.

· Strong experience in stock receiving, inventory management, or a related role.

·  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·  Good organizational and multitasking skills.

·  Effective communication and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

·  Familiarity with inventory management systems.

·  Creativity and attention to aesthetics for product displays.

·  Ability to lift and move heavy boxes.

Salary & Benefits:

• 13,000-14,500 monthly depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Receive incoming stock deliveries from suppliers.

Check the delivered items against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.

Inspect the condition of received items and report any damages or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of received stock, including quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates.

Update inventory management systems with the received stock information.

Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and returns.

Report any delays, damages, or issues with deliveries promptly to relevant stakeholders

Ensure that received items are stored in designated areas following proper storage guidelines

Implement stock rotation practices, placing newly received items behind existing stock to maintain freshness and quality.

Work with the display team to allocate stock to appropriate shelves.

Coordinate with the merchandising team to plan and implement effective product displays.

Ensure that the drugstore displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and follow merchandising guidelines.

Collaborate on the creation of displays for promotional or seasonal items.

Develop a good understanding of the drugstore's product range.

Assist customers in locating products and provide information on promotions or new arrivals.

Maintain a clean and organized stock receiving area.

Continuously restock and replenish shelves to ensure a full and neat appearance.

Implement measures to prevent theft or unauthorized access to the stock.

Adhere to security protocols and collaborate with security personnel.

Communication with Store Management: Regularly communicate with store management regarding stock levels, issues, and recommendations.

Collaborate with the stock management team, merchandisers, and other store personnel.

Quality and Compliance

1. Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with company rules and regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), health and safety guidelines, legal requirements and quality standards.

2. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned activity areas at all times.

1. Performs other business-related tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
