Job Qualifications:

  • A college degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably within the manufacturing or production industry. Experience in food processing and food packaging is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of GMP, 5S, and HACCP.
  • Willingness to work or relocate to the Navotas, CAMANAVA area.
  • Availability to work on a shifting schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency in product quality throughout all stages of production.
  • Check the proper dimensions of products and monitor the temperature of the production room.
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the production area, as well as uphold staff hygiene standards.
  • Monitor specific raw materials and flavor consistency, including awareness of expiration dates.
  • Perform laboratory work and other testing as needed, and issue certificates of analysis.
  • Knowledge of food safety, halal standards, ISO regulations, or FDA regulations is an advantage.
  • Prepare reports and collect data as necessary.
